本次活動(dòng)是由陜西云德律師事務(wù)所、陜西萌特力商業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)管理有限公司、陜西省湖南商會(huì)共同舉辦，該活動(dòng)是萌特力科教廣場(chǎng)公益課堂暨云德大講堂《民法典》系列公益講座第四講，本期由云德律所PPP法律事務(wù)部首席律師董偉律師主講，大咖來(lái)襲，內(nèi)容必將精彩紛呈，讓我們一起點(diǎn)亮這部民法典吧！

This event was co-organized by Shaanxi Yunde Law Firm, Shaanxi Mengtell Business Operation Management Co., Ltd., and Shaanxi Hunan Chamber of Commerce. The event is the first public lecture series of "Civil Code" in Mengtell Science and Education Plaza and Yunde Lecture Hall. 董偉律師，畢業(yè)于貴州師范大學(xué)，陜西云德律師事務(wù)所PPP法律事務(wù)部首席律師，陜西省四川綿陽(yáng)商會(huì)法律顧問(wèn)、獲高級(jí)中學(xué)教師資格，現(xiàn)任西安財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)實(shí)務(wù)導(dǎo)師。擔(dān)任多家房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)、特許經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)法律顧問(wèn)，具備豐富的實(shí)務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Attorney Dong Wei, graduated from Guizhou Normal University, the chief lawyer of the PPP Legal Affairs Department of Shaanxi Yunde Law Firm, the legal consultant of the Mianyang Chamber of Commerce in Shaanxi Province, and the senior middle school teacher qualification. He is currently a practical instructor of Xi'an University of Finance and Economics. Served as a legal consultant for a number of real estate companies, Internet companies, and franchise companies, with rich practical experience.
