【云德活動】金融?法治?文物——暨開元通寶發行1400年學術沙龍在云德律所圓滿舉辦

    陜西省十大法治人物、云德律師事務所創始人、主任丁云波指出，今年正值開元通寶發行1400年，本次活動貫徹落實習近平法治思想，挖掘、弘揚和傳承優秀傳統法律文化。在金融和法律相結合上，云德律師事務所成立了專供金融法律的部門，并在金融之都深圳設立了云德中國區運營中心。沙龍有幸邀請到了各位金融界、文化界、法律界的各位專家學者共同探討金融、法治與文物。希望立足于西安這個歷史文化古都，立足于文化大省，把政法的法治理念、法治文化、法治金融，推向全國、推向世界。

    在主旨報告單元，西北大學尹夏清教授、西北政法大學陳璽教授、陜西師范大學胡耀飛副教授分別以《開啟中國錢幣的新紀元——開元通寶》《錢財與贓罪：唐代司法實踐中的贓罪》《王黃之亂經濟問題芻議》為主題闡述了“開元通寶”的歷史、意義以及對現代社會金融、法治、文物影響的重要性。同時，沙龍活動中，出席的各界代表圍繞本次活動主題進行了深入探討。西北政法大學閆曉君教授在總結中提到：我們在這里舉辦的這個學術沙龍，表面看來跟法治建設關系不大，也有人說史學是一種無用之學，但是，無用總是有大用。剛才幾位點評的專家提到，我們今天進行的法治建設，不能走西方的道路，當然也不能走中國的老路，我們要走一條有中國特色的社會主義法治建設新路。歷史是很好的老師，在法治變革的百年節點，我們需要回頭看，停下我們的腳步，回望一下歷史，傾聽先賢的聲音。今天的沙龍活動，不僅僅帶我們回到了歷史的現場，還在考證歷史事實真相的基礎上，探求其中的道理，這個道理包含法理、經濟以及金融能力。

At the centenary of the rule of law reform, we need to look back, stop our steps, look back at the history, and listen to the voice of the past sages.
